Policy

 

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  You have 14 days from the date you placed the order to return the product. It must be returned in the original packaging with the bag, card and receipt.  Please fill out a Return Form (see link below) so we know the reason for the return.  We only offer in-store credit or exchanges for the same price. Only online orders can be exchanged for store credit.  If you have purchased your product from a retail location or your product was given to you as a gift that was purchased at a store, you must return your item to that store and follow their return policy.

In-Store Credit:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an acknowledgement email to you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then in-store credit will be processed and will automatically be applied to your account.

Exchanges:

If you order the wrong size or are not happy with your choice, we will provide either an even exchange (wrong size) or a same-priced item (unhappy with choice).  If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will require a picture of the damaged product sent to our company email as well as the Return Form filled out and returned with the defective/damaged item(s). 

Repairs:

Please take time to read the “Caring for Your Jewelry” section at the bottom of the home page of our website so that proper care will extend the life and usage of your jewelry. Although our jewelry is not “fine” jewelry, it is of the highest quality for costume pieces and sometimes repairs are needed to maintain the life of your purchase. Repairs on items purchased through a boutique or store should be returned to that store directly for their return policy procedures. For items purchased through our website, we will first require a picture sent to our company email to determine if the bracelet can be fixed due to type of bead and charm used in the design as the availability of designs vary from one month to another. You will then be notified as to whether the piece can be repaired. If the bracelet can be repaired, you will be sent an invoice for $5.00 per repair + shipping which can be paid online, and needs to be paid in full before the repaired bracelet is sent back to you.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, we will ship your new product for free. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item(s).
