To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 14 days from when you placed your order to return the product. It must be returned in the original packaging with the bag, card, and receipt. Please contact us and fill out the Return Form so we know the reason for your return. We only offer in store credit or exchanges for the same price. Only online orders can be exchanged for store credit. If you have purchased your product from a retail location, you can only return your item to that store for their return policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then in-store credit will be processed and will automatically be applied to your account.
If you order the wrong size, we will provide an even exchange if you still would like the product. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for another product at the same price, please include that on the Return Form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, we will ship your new product for free. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
